Why are people still trying to live in the cities?

In North America, prices are rising, shortages, crime wave levels of crime, the economy is taking a hit, the homeless in the cities are exploding.<br><br>So why are people still choosing to live in the cities? It's sad that all of the people that are moving into the cities are those that have left a foreign war torn country and have no idea about the quality of life in the cities. I'd never move to a city if I was leaving a war torn country but a lot of people do.
