AITA for not getting my husband a present for our anniversary

AiTA for not getting my husband a present for our anniversary. Unnecessary background: I’m not getting an annulment because his infidelity, I got an annulment because he kicked me out of our marital home.<br><br>He wanted me to join him at one of his family members' houses for dinner to celebrate our anniversary but I said no, I’m going to sleep instead. Now he’s angry that I didn’t get him a present for our anniversary.
