AITA for dissolving my daughter's phone when I found out that she is planning on getting pregnant on prom night?

My (38m) daughter (17F) has been acting strange in the past few days. She was evasive and quiet, she has a guy friend that she has been hanging out with lately and they were both at home when they weren't at school. The same guy came over unannounced yesterday and I left to go grocery shopping. On my way back, I saw her and her friend at a planned parenthood office eating icecream. I think it may have been a bad impulse but she was waiting for me to come back home and I was still out for at least an hour. They bypassed the main road when they saw me and came back home without the PP stuff (the bags were thrown away in the trash) She was shocked and left for her room, when I went up she had about 25 pregnancy tests, a bypassed flip phone and a few bags that I recognized. I examined the bags and found that they were full of spironolactone pills and prenatal vitamins. She came clean and said that she was planning on sabotaging her diet so that she starts gaining weight and gets kicked out of the cheering squad and that she and her friend were planning to get knocked up on prom night. The friend is 18 and apparently was going to be the "baby daddy" so that they can apply for more financial assistance. The friend is already pining money and bought himself a car. She was initially planning on using her college fund to pay for everything but they decided that they would rather scam their way through having a kid and hopefully get a good spot in a prefabricated home for a single mom. I'm appalled and disgusted at the revelation. The flip phone was just a burner phone for them to communicate without alerting me. I dissolved the phone in a bucket of lye and she freaked out but I told her that she is playing with fire. She complained about the loss of property and how I was a shitty dad for deciding to destroy her phone. AITA?
