Has anyone ever had a feeling so real they just know it happened in another life?

This is something I’ve always experienced. Different memories from things that haven’t happened to me in this life but feel so real that I can literally smell it and I just know it’s happened in another life. I’ve always felt this and I feel this way about things currently happening so I feel like deep down we all no what’s going to happen in the future or it’s just a repeated cycle.
