It's hard to ignore the idea that some posts here are planted as "evidence" of our existence in the simulated world.

Just my opinion but I don't think it's possible to prove to an outsider that we are in a simulation. There is always the possibility that the "evidence" that we use is planted by the simmers as a way to say "Look we already know this! You won't convince us otherwise. Just play along or we'll have to delete your character."<br>It's hard to explain but I'll use an example. If someone said to you that you have a blind spot in your peripheral vision that you're not even aware of. How would you respond? You can't prove that you don't have it so you can't prove that you do have it either. There is no way for us to know whether or not our reality is simulated. If the simmers are watching then we are in a simulation and if they are not watching then we're not in a simulation. If they're watching but not actively interfering then we are in a simulation. If they're interfering but not watching then we're not in a simulation. And so on and so forth. <br>So I guess what I'm saying is I don't think it's possible to prove anything and I think it's hard to ignore the idea that the simmers have thought of everything like this and are ready for anything that we might say. It's almost as if they're playing a game with us and we can never win.
