I just heard something that sounds like a voice in my ear, like a message, but I'm alone

I've never experienced auditory hallucinations before, and I'm not psychotic or anything, I heard this at work earlier, it lasted a few seconds, sounded like it was right by my head, plus I'm 100% certain I was alone in the room, plus I was wearing earbuds at the time, and it wasn't coming from earbuds, could swear I heard a voice in my ear, with my name on it, I heard those voice type programs before, they kinda sound like Alexa, Google home or something like that, maybe it was a prank developer for Alexa and Google home or something, I'm high right now and maybe my brain's going bad, I don't know, you tell me, but it sounded like an earpiece type voice, I dunno what else to call it, but maybe the government was testing devices for brain communication or something and they messed something up and I heard it<br><br>I'm actually kinda scared now, finally, a real glitch in the matrix moment, I could swear I wasn't hallucinating, however I can't explain what I heard, voice in my ear, 100% alone in the room, but very loud and very clear, it was a very short message, I heard it very clear, plus it was right by my ear, not coming from my earbuds, I thought someone was in my ear, like the type of earpiece where someone can talk into it and you can hear them, I dunno what that's called, very very strange<br><br>Before anyone mentions earpieces, it was not an earpiece in my ear, all of a sudden I hear a voice communicating as if it was an earpiece, but I had my earbuds in, maybe they were testing communication devices with real life people
