CCW in law school

I'm starting law school this fall. Before doing so, I worked in a remote location where I had no cell service and no way for help to get to me quickly (if ever).

I've been a concealed carrier for over five years now and have never had to draw my gun, or even felt unsafe enough to do so. I carried a glock 19 everywhere I went to and from work, along with many other places.

Now I'm moving to a completely new state, living in an apartment, going to law school in a large city (my first time in a big city), taking public transportation, and basically just doing all things in public.

My question is, am I able to carry, or should I not? Never have I seen a situation where I need to use my gun to protect myself, and as far as I know, I've never had the intentions to do so.

Are there gun laws surrounding this? Any ideas? I'm completely unfamiliar with both the city and school's laws.

Specifically, I'm moving to New Jersey
