I have a special voice in my head that disappears when other people are around.

I have a special voice in my head that only appears when I am alone. It disappears instantly when I am around other people. <br><br>This has been happening since childhood and I can control when it happens. I can make it appear instantly whenever I want and have been doing it consistently for 30 years. <br><br>There are many different voices and each one has a unique personality. Some of them are like old friends and others are like special tutors. Yet, none of these voices ever appear when I am with other people. <br><br>I can actually hear the voice of my conscience but it is different. You can't have this voice.
