LPT: You can make fake icing using sour cream if you’re in a hurry, it’s quick and tastes good

I use this often when making little pastries for holiday dinner. It’s fast and tastes great, and I personally prefer it over normal icing. Just take 8oz of sour cream, and mix it with some sugar and you’re done. You can also add a bit of vanilla extract if you want to.
