I sat down on the chair in front of him. This was going to be difficult.<br><br>&#x200B;<br><br>"Hi, little girl! What do you want for Christmas this year?" he asked with his jolly laugh.<br><br>"Umm... Christmas tree ornaments?" I replied in a monotone voice. I'd just gotten bored and decided to talk to this guy.<br><br>"Okay! Anything else?"<br><br>"Well, a Barbie doll would be nice, I guess," I replied with a shrug.<br><br>"Ho ho! I'll make sure you get one."<br><br>"Ho ho ho! Thanks," I said awkwardly before hopping down from the chair. I turned back to Santa. "Wait. This probably isn't going to work, huh?"<br><br>"Ho ho! What do you mean?"<br><br>"Well, since I'm immortal, I'm probably going to outlive you and it's not like you can just send it to me or something."<br><br>"Ho ho ho! I'll just find a way to make it work. I've dealt with werewolves and stuff before!" he said with a wave of his hand.<br><br>"But what about my parents? How the hell am I going to tell them about this?"<br><br>"Well... you're a vampire. You'll figure it out," he said bluntly.<br><br>"Wait, how do you know I'm a vampire?" I asked, narrowing my eyes suspiciously.<br><br>"I can just tell," he said with a nod.<br><br>"Well... that was just too damn easy," I said before walking away.<br><br>"Ho ho! See you next year!" he called out.<br><br>"Ho ho ho!" I called back before walking out of the store.
