I’ve been experiencing strange audio issues and glitches in the last couple of months, I was wondering if anyone could help me understand what I’m seeing?

So I’ve been hearing a lot of strange audio issues in the last couple of months, from hearing random sounds and noises from places that I don’t think would be able to make those sounds to hearing my own voice say things that I’m not saying, and I’ve been seeing strange things like a glitchy window where a person’s face would be when I look at them, or seeing things that are in a room that aren’t actually there.<br><br>For example, I was sitting in a living room with my friend and suddenly a random noise sounded, like a kind of crackling noise, it wasn’t loud or anything but it was very noticeable and it seemed out of place, I don’t know if anyone else has heard that before but I thought it was really weird. Or another example, I was at work and heard someone say something that I know I said, but I didn’t say it. I was talking to my boss about a project and then suddenly I hear the words that I said come out of my own mouth, like someone else was talking for me. <br><br>I’ve been experiencing this for a while now and it’s starting to make me really uncomfortable, I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced anything like this and if there’s anything I can do about it.<br><br>I’ve been researching this sort of stuff and I’m starting to think that maybe I’m just losing my mind or maybe it’s some sort of psychological issue, but I thought I’d ask here because maybe someone here knows what I’m talking about. I’m not really sure what to make of this, it’s all really weird and I don’t know what to do, I’ve been trying to ignore it but it’s getting harder to ignore, I just want to understand what’s going on.<br><br>Does anyone know if this sort of thing is normal or if it’s some sort of anomaly? Is there anything I can do to stop this from happening?
