Baseball fans are arrogant

I had an argument with a co worker who said baseball is the one of the greatest sports ever and it’s better than basketball, American football, and soccer because of the “history” and “tradition”. He said that the sports I named were modern and dumbed down. Then had the nerve to say baseball’s decline in viewership is because “it’s not for everyone it’s for the sophisticated”. I’m not surprised since I’ve had encounters with people like him before.
