My (f26) male friend (m20) keeps insisting i (f26) try out video games

Sorry guys this was a long post, the last paragraph is the main point. <br><br>My male friend keeps insisting I try out video games as they’re very fun and will make me a more interesting person. I politely tell him I’m not interested but he was quite persistent on this saying that they were very fun and it would be an easy way to enhance my life. I was like yeah I’ll try it out maybe… but he just kept pushed that it would make me a more interesting person. I felt like I was losing my sense of indentity the way he was pushing this hobby on me. I then asked him why he cared so much about my hobbies and why I’m not an interesting person to talk with as is. He was like ‘oh i dunno i was just trying to enhance your life…’ <br><br>Sorry guys but this was a long post… shaun king on twitter today also posted about how he was told he needed to play and watch sports to be a more interesting person. I’m starting to realize as we move closer to equality us women really don’t know how men have felt for centuries. —Their존 Hutchinson
