What's with the trend of men trying to become as hot as possible to get the same "equality" as women that care about their appearance 24/7?

It's just another example of how women control men and make them do what they want with their silly words. "equality" is just a slur that women use to get other people to do their job for them...they might say that they want "equality" but what do they actually do to achieve that? Absolutely nothing. And still stupid men are falling for that trap, they think that achieving the same value as a woman would be good but what women do to enhance their value is exhausting. To look pretty they need to spend millions of hours a year to look like nothing was ever wrong with them. What's worse is that these fads have become so normalized that if a man does not look good...he's considered an outcast from society. And still, what do women do to achieve the same equality? Nothing. They still don't care about men's physical appearance. So what does it even mean to look good anymore? And how do you define good? A lot of these men that are trying to become as hot as possible have a delusional view of their appearance...they think that they're hot and some of them literally think that they're more attractive than your average woman. An average woman looks way hotter than an average hot man...the bar has been raised for both genders.
