What do you think is the most underrepresented ethnicity in fantasy?

In terms of fantasy race there's your typical human, elf, dwarf, orc, and goblin. Occasionally you'll get a troll or a mermaid and you might get someone like a dragon or sphinx but that's about it. You never see fantasy stories with African Americans or Hispanics. So I'm curious, what ethnicity do you think would be cool to see in fantasy stories?
