The theory of the matrix was first proposed by the philosopher plato. He said that the physical world is just an illusion, and that our souls exist in a different realm and the physical world is just a reflection of the real world. <br><br>Fast forward to the 80's a movie called the matrix comes out and popularises the theory. The movie was written, produced and directed by the wachowski brothers. They said that the idea of the matrix came to them after watching an old "divx" disc, where the video and audio would glitch up. The brothers said that they thought "what if this divx disc is a message from the makers of the matrix?" and that this is the real matrix. <br><br>Skip forward to 2020, the youtuber jack lenor zaremnyi posts a video on his channel "Playing Human", he said that he had experienced strange phenomenon in his life growing up, such as the experience of "free will". Jack said that the matrix was a "paradigm", but that we were currently living in "the simulation 2.0" Jack said that we were currently living in a simulated reality, but that this reality was a reflection of the physical world. Jack said that he had experienced "glitches in reality" as a child, which he believes was the matrix communicating with him.<br><br>So the question is, do you believe in a matrix?
