AITA for refusing to lend my console to my brother because of his "rules"?

I play games on a custom mini PC, and my brother got a ps5 for Christmas. He invited me over to show it off and play some games with him. When I got there, he immediately started going off on a long list of rules he's making for borrowing it.

1) You must turn your phone off
2) You are not allowed on social media during loan
3) You are not allowed to stream during loan
4) You are not allowed to play multiplayer games
5) You are not allowed to play games that have multiplayer components
6) You must play on the controller he preselected for you
7) You are not allowed to play certain genres of games (e.g. m rated games)
8) You must clean the console after you use it
9) You are not allowed to lend it out to anyone else
10) You are not allowed to use it at night

I sat there for like 20 minutes listening to him go on and on about this list of rules he wants me to follow. I finally said, "I'm not borrowing it," and he went off on me for not following his rules. I told him I don't like being told what I can or can't do, especially since I'm the type of person who plays on a big screen TV and not on a tiny screen. He got mad that I didn't follow the rules and said I was being unfair by not letting him use his console.

I told him it's not about the rules, it's about the lack of trust he has for me as a person and brother. I don't trust him either. I mean, who makes that many rules for borrowing something?

AITA?

Edit #1: thanks for the responses, guys! i love y'all. it's weird to think my dad could be "the asshole" just because i'm a grown ass man living on my own instead of with them. i wish i could go back to college and change my mind and move back in, but that's not really an option right now.

Edit #2: some people are saying this is an overreaction on my part. it's not like he was "making rules" as if he were buying it for me. he was asking to borrow something of mine. if i were to borrow his car, i wouldn't make 10 rules for him, and it's not fair of me to expect him to not make any rules when he's asking to borrow something of mine. this is especially true because i know he bought the ps5, not me. the car analogy is a good one, but it doesn't go both ways here.
