It's not just shadow people

I've been having this thing happen for a few years now. I am in bed and I'm about to fall asleep. I see a light coming from the corner of my room. It's so bright that I feel heat coming from it. As I look at it, it starts to move and it looks like an alien coming into my bedroom. As the alien gets closer to my bed, it gets bigger and bigger. I start to feel panic. My heart starts beating super fast and my whole body is sweating. This happens in a matter of a couple seconds. <br><br>This is a real event. It happens to me every other day.
