I am a humble administrator of the interstellar nation of Zorvath, who has spent the better portion of my last century mediating the conflict between Zorvath and the human nation of Earth. As the current war between humans and Zorvath has come to an end, the people of Earth have come to me with an offer, which I would like to hear your thoughts on.

The offer is as follows: the humans of Earth wish to surrender to Zorvath and accept our administration, rights, and responsibilities. In exchange, the humans of Earth will receive our protection from external threats, as well as the right to self determination, which means that the humans will have the right to choose their own culture, religion, laws, and customs, as well as the right to choose their own form of governance.

The humans of Earth would also be offered the right to settle and colonize other planets in the galaxy, provided that they do so under Zorvath's administration and in accordance with Zorvath's laws. The humans of Earth would also be given a share of the power in Zorvath's congress, and would be entitled to a representative on the Zorvath supreme council.

Finally, the humans of Earth would be given the right to purchase land and property on Zorvath's homeworld, provided that they do so under the laws of Zorvath and pay the full market price.

So, would you be willing to accept the rights and responsibilities of a planetary administration? Why or why not?

I will answer questions about the government of Zorvath after I have gotten a good amount of responses from you.

I must note, that this is a personal endeavor of mine, and not officially sanctioned by the Zorvath government.
