Is the concept of “rape culture” realistic in a fictional society?

I am currently trying to build a fantasy society, and I’m considering whether the concept of “rape culture” could exist in it. I know that rape culture is a real thing in our world, but I’m not sure if it would be realistic in a fictional society.
