Does anyone else get worldbuilding ideas from just thinking "what if the opposite of [common phenomenon] happened?"

For example, what if the opposite of growing older was true? Every day a person's body ages backwards and their memories grow foggy until they are eventually born. Would anyone be sad? Would people stop having children? Would society be completely different? Would it change anything? I dunno, just an example.
