I've received many tips that are useful, but there were a few that I think were awful advice.

I've received advice like: "Don't tip your waiters." (I would tip them either way, but that's a terrible way to treat someone. They deserve to be tipped, and it's just so rude to advise people not to.)

I've also received advice like "Don't tip your taxi drivers." (I don't usually tip them, but again, they deserve to be tipped, and it's just rude advice.)

And the worst one of all: "Don't help homeless people. They will just use your money for drugs."

I understand that some homeless people use drugs, but there are many homeless people that use the money for food, housing, or to pay bills. Just because some use it for drugs doesn't mean they all do. Plus, it's just so cruel to advise people to ignore homeless people. It's like you're advising people to turn a blind eye to a problem. How could we ever help anyone if we just turn a blind eye to everything? That advice just goes against my entire being. I will never stop helping homeless people. They deserve to be treated with kindness.
