I’ve been experiencing strange things for about 4 days now.

I’m a pretty chill and fairly level headed guy, I was taking my dog to the vet and as we are pulling in to the vets I look in the rearview and see a car pulled up behind us, it was a car I had seen before. It was an older black mustang with a loud exhaust, as I turn around to walk out of the car to my dog, it pulls out of the spot and drives off down the road. It was strange because it was the same car that was in the same spot that day the previous day. <br><br>After this experience I’m getting some bad vibes about the car and its occupants. So as I walk into the vet’s office I tell the receptionist what happened and I ask her if she knows who was in that car, I explained the story and she is completely unfazed. I am getting a bit annoyed that I am being dismissed and I ask her “what if I’m in danger?” and I get this look like “you’re crazy”. She is an older woman and a nurse, but I guess in this day and age you have to be a little paranoid. I end up asking a couple of other people who work there and nobody knows who it was or what it means, they just tell me it’s probably nothing.<br><br>Later in the day I get a text from an unknown number that says “you are in danger”. This was a few hours later so it wasn’t the receptionist, but I don’t have a way to track the message, it’s an anonymous text, I try to find who it was by calling my phone company but they have no record of it. This makes me even more paranoid. <br><br>Now it’s late and I’m laying in bed, and I have the most terrible feeling of being watched. I can feel something is in my room and it’s watching me. I know it sounds crazy, but it’s something I’ve been experiencing for years, and I just learned about it recently on this sub. It’s like a presence or a feeling, like there’s someone or something watching you and it’s really heavy. <br><br>This is what it feels like. Like I’m laying there and there’s this feeling like something is standing there, watching me and it’s really creepy. <br><br>This experience is freaking me out a lot and it makes me feel like I’m being watched and I’m just not sure what to do about it. I’m not going to take any crazy precautions but I don’t want to be in danger. I don’t know what this is, I don’t know what’s going on and I don’t know what to do. I’m sorry for this post I don’t know what to do with it, I’m just looking for help.
