My (22f) boyfriend (25m) took a selfie while I (22f) was sleeping. How would you feel if someone did that to you?

Throwaway account for obvious reasons.<br><br>So, last night, I was sleeping in a hostel in Prague while my boyfriend was out eating and getting drunk with friends. They got back around 10:30, but I was still sleeping at that time, so he took a selfie of me sleeping (without me) and sent it to his best friend who was also with him. <br><br>He sent the selfie as a joke, and his friend did not find it funny. He found it disgusting, disrespectful, rude, rude, disrespectful, etc. and asked my boyfriend to delete it. My boyfriend did not, and I found out this morning. <br><br>I am so mad that he would do that, and so is his friend. I feel betrayed, and I think I'm going to break up with him. However, I am wondering if anyone here would feel differently if they were in his shoes. It was meant as a joke, but I don't see how that makes it okay. It's not even a big deal that he told his friend or that he had the selfie at all. It's just that he took a picture of me sleeping without my consent. <br><br>My best friend did the exact same thing to me once, and I found it to be very disrespectful. I'm wondering if it's just me?
