You've traveled to many countries, which one culture do you feel is the closest to your own? Why?

I grew up in Brazil but live in Germany and often travel. I've noticed that my personality and attitude is often most accepted or easily understood in the US. I can be loud, sarcastic and talk a lot (sorry, I mean a lot) and no one cares. I also find that the US is the country where I can more easily adapt. The language is not a barrier for me and the culture is similar enough that I don't feel overwhelmed.

I'm curious to hear from others, what country and culture do you feel most at home in?
