I’ve been to a lot of places around the world but never experienced anything like the “Swedish forest ritual” that my friend and I stumbled upon while hiking in the Swedish mountains

We were hiking in the Swedish mountains in April and came across a very large, very elaborate ritual going on in a forest. We were told this was a once a year ritual by the native Swedish tribe who lived there and were allowed to watch it. <br><br>It started with a series of ancient Swedish instruments being played. I believe there was a pipe organ, a flute, a guitar, and another I don’t know the name of. The instruments sounded like something out of fantasy. After the instruments had been played for about 20 minutes, a large stone was rolled up a hill. The stone was covered in grass and leaves and looked natural. It was a massive stone. When it reached the top, a little ball of leaves was also rolled up and placed on top of the stone. Then a man stood on top of the stone and the leaves, and a long chain was wrapped around him. One end was held by the man at the top of the hill, and the other was held by a group of people at the bottom. The man at the top started to spin the chain around him at incredible speeds. I thought it was going to break or even kill him, but it didn’t. The chain just spun around him at crazy speeds. After about 10 minutes, the music stopped, the chain was unwound, and everyone just left.
