X is a disaster

There are too many ads in X and it is just becoming an unenjoyable experience. I get that they need ads but this is getting crazy. There's an ad in the middle of every video. I am also not going to pay $14.95 for a subscription, I won't pay for it. The interface is also completely terrible and it's a complete mess. I like watching YouTube videos on it but I can't watch them in the app anymore because of the sheer number of ads. The app also does not work properly on the web. I tried watching videos on the website and there is no way to pause them, I had to disable javascript to be able to pause them. This is just a complete disaster.<br><br>Also, if you choose not to sign in, you cannot block any of your Facebook and Google ads, so if you watch a channel that is owned by one of these two companies you are going to see an ad for their other product. Also, if you haven't interacted with a channel for a while, it doesn't show you your subscribed channels. The recommendations are also completely terrible. I'm starting to think they use AI to choose what you watch and it's just completely wrong. I do not like Russian music, yet it keeps suggesting it to me.<br><br>I am just not happy with this service at all. I give it two weeks.
