When I was a kid we didn’t have cell phones, so he asked if I wanted a phone like his. I told him that I wanted one that could make free calls to anywhere in the world and send texts whenever I wanted. He said that his phone can do that and I said “no way in hell” He said “it can!” I said “No freaking way!” and he said “Yes freaking way!”. He set me up with his old one and it has been a godsend.

I have no idea how I ever lived without this. I can call anyone anywhere in the world and text anyone anytime. I can also use it as a computer and listen to music and watch videos on it. I also use it to control my lights and thermostat, watch movies and TV shows, and listen to the radio and podcasts.

I have no idea how people lived in the past. I don’t have to buy stamps, I don’t have to go to the post office. If I need to send a package I can go to the app store and find a company and they will pick it up whenever I want. The same is true for groceries. I don’t have to go to the store, I just click and pick. It is amazing.
