How come Google’s camera software is so much better than Huawei’s

I have the pixel 6 pro, P30 Pro, and Mate 30 pro. The pixel 6 pro is by far the best at nighttime photography. It also beats all the other phones at day time photography. I think Google has really found a way to make their software stand out. I don’t know how they are able to make such good images. I’m not a professional photographer, but I just love the look of Google photos.
