Why are there no 5G iPhone models?

I am really shocked and don't really understand the reason why Apple haven't released a 5G iPhone. I know that the infrastructure for 5G isn't everywhere, but they didn't even give us the option to use it. I mean we have 5G in my town, and I was expecting all 4 models to support it.
