Thank you for all of the help. Here is the updated situation:

After telling my family how I found out, they all acknowledged the fact that my brother was cheating with my wife.

My wife's excuse for cheating was that I hadn't fulfilled her sexually for 2 months and she found my brother more satisfying.

My brother's excuse for this tryst was that my wife initiated it, he was just along for the ride. I find this hard to believe because my wife does not usually act this impulsively.

My Dad's reaction was that I shouldn't throw away my marriage over a mutual fetish. In other words, he is hoping I can just get past this and continue to cheat with my brother and wife with my knowledge.

My Mom's reaction was that it was gross and that I should not stand around and let my marriage end.

My in-laws' reaction was that my wife is innocent and my brother is a dog, and that I should not rush to judgment, but also shouldn't let my wife be cheated on.

So, yeah. Great time for my family.

Now for the plan. Here is what I plan on doing:

1. Talk to my wife, tell her I love her, but can't stay in this marriage after what she has done. Give her the choice to leave with me, but otherwise, I will be gone and she will have to decide if she wants to try to fix things with my brother.
2. If she refuses to leave with me, I will explain my wife's situation to my in-laws, and hope that they stop defending her and my brother. I am sure my in-laws are worried about their son and sister-in-law's behavior.
3. Get moving and set up a new place to live.
4. Get an attorney. I have never gone through a divorce before, so it's a whole new world for me. I'm not sure if my wife cheated, but if I can get out the door before the divorce is finalized, then I won't have to pay her alimony. Also, since my wife makes twice what I make, and we combined earn a good amount of money, the divorce will be messy financially.

Here are the complications in the plan:

1. My wife has woken up, and when she saw me, she started crying and asked me if I could help her get out of the bed. I helped her out of the bed, but then she kept holding onto me, so I had to carry her into the living room where she collapsed onto the couch. So, right now, that's where she is. So, I guess if I want to talk to her, I need to wheel her into the kitchen.
2. My brother is currently in a state of panic, and is begging me not to leave my wife. He is also begging me not to tell my parents. I have yet to respond to him.
3. I'm not sure how to tell my parents, but I am going to have to tell them eventually.

Anyway, thank you for all of the help. I have a bad feeling about how all of this is going to turn out.
