Throw away, as always.

I made what I thought was a tasty cake, I've been quilting a lot and had a rough day and was mostly tired when I put it in the fridge. My husband came home, saw the cake and wanted some. I said no, I wasn't sure it was tasty. He insisted and barked at me before I gave he a slice. He didn't finish it and told me it was gross and that I suck at cooking, that it was a waste of money. I made the cake with stollen nuts from our pantry, almond milk, flour from the pantry and so on, so I was a bit offended and said "well, then eat the rest of it tomorrow, I don't want to waste food either". He said "fine", put it in the fridge and then - without asking - took it out and wrapped it in a plastic bag, went out the door and threw it away. I was shocked and said he didn't have to do that. He said "I did it because you clearly don't care about not wasting food" and walked out. Now I'm sitting here, crying, and freaking out because he did NOT go to work today and is at home.

First, I tried to talk to him but he just turned his head and told me to shut up. Then I tried to go to work but the guard at the building told me I couldn't leave without my husband letting me out. I tried to call my brother to come get me but my husband took my phone.

I'm locked in here, locked in by the building management, my husband took my phone and is ignoring me. Any suggestions on what to do? I don't know if I should try to find a way to get ahold of my brother or if I should try to talk to my husband again.

Tl;dr: My husband threw away a cake I made and then I told him to fuck off, now he's ignoring me and won't let me out of the flat.
