How can we understand the human existence without the concept of "God" or any divine entity?

It's been a while that I have been thinking about how the human existence could be understood. It is quite hard for me to understand the meaning of life without God and I have no idea what it could be without God. So, I have to ask you, how can we understand the human existence without God?
