It's not possible to know anything at all.

I'm not talking about knowledge of something objective. I'm talking about knowing your own name, where you live, your age, or anything like that.

How do we know what we think our names are or where we think we live? Maybe we're just mistaken, but how would we know that we are mistaken? Maybe we're just brain dead right now, but we don't know that. How do we know that we know anything about the world at all, including our own thoughts? We don't, we're just making things up based on how we feel. And how do we know how we feel? We don't, we're just making stuff up. This can go on forever. You can never actually know anything.
