I’m a nihilist. I see no inherent meaning to life, and no reason why there should be one.

I see a problem in nihilism. If life has no meaning, then we cannot derive meaning from the world around us. We can’t derive meaning from life, or the universe, or the earth, or society, or other people.

I think we find meaning by experiencing life. The things we enjoy are meaningful. The things that we suffer are meaningful. Our experiences are our source of meaning.

How can we make meaning from something without experiencing it? How can we experience it when we are gone?

If life has no meaning, and there is no reason why there should be one, then life is without meaning. This seems absurd.

There must be meaning. It must exist in some way. But I don’t see any other way than the nihilistic way. So there must be some way. There must be meaning.

So how do we find it?
