Are you still living or are you already in the afterlife?

I've been thinking about the afterlife and I was wondering if you guys have any insights on whether we're living or already in the afterlife? If so, then what do you think this place is and what do we think it's purpose is? If not, then what do you think this place is and what do you think is the purpose for us to be here.
