My gf just dumped me because i’m ugly. I’m angry

Hey guys. I’m a 22M and I had a 2 year relationship with a girl I loved very much. Yesterday she just dumped me over text saying that she doesn’t like me and she never has. I’m not mad that she dumped me, I’m mad about how she did it. I’m just angry, I want to cry but I’m too much of a man for that. What advice do you have for me to stop being angry?
