My friend just said I'm "a pretty boy who is afraid to be a man"

This is what I look like, I'm 18M. My life has always been easy, I never really got rejected by any woman and I've never gotten into serious trouble. I'm just generally very good looking and I've been that way my entire life.<br><br>But for some reason, the friend I've known since middle school just called me "a pretty boy who is afraid to be a man" yesterday. I didn't even say anything that would've allowed him to make that statement, and I'm just genuinely confused by why he said that to me.<br><br>Is this common?
