Can someone please tell me if the person who sent me the following comment is a communist?

“Whoever said you need to do it in a democratic country is completely blind to the fact that democracy is only a mask for capitalism to function. We’re living under a fascist regime that’s only been made worse by Trump’s presidency and this election. I think this country has reached its peak in terms of wealth and success and I believe it’s time to start a revolution. We’re not doing it for the money or power anymore, we’re doing it because the system is broken and it’s time to tear it down and build it up again. We don’t need this country to function anymore. This country was founded by our forefathers for a better future for us and they did a great job of it, but it’s been 250 years and it’s time to think about something else. This country has reached its peak and it’s time to take it down. We are the revolution.”<br><br>This is an actual comment I got from some random person. I feel like he is a communist but I need to hear it from a few other people.
