How can I get a communist off my back

I'm in a community college and I'm taking a economics class. <br><br>Today we were discussing socialism, capitalism, etc. I was having a normal discussion about the subject. <br><br>Suddenly this dude starts going on about how "capitalism is evil and we should be communist." He went on to say that he's a communist. <br><br>I told him that he shouldn't be a communist, but instead a socialist. He got upset at that and I don't want to get him mad at me. How can I get him off my back?
