Ranting: If you do not buy ammo right now, you may never buy it again

This is not a drill. Right now as we speak, people are rushing to their local outdoor and sporting goods stores and hoarding every available round of ammo that they can. Soon, it will be too late, and that will be it.<br><br>If you have not yet stockpiled any rounds of your preferred caliber, then you are basically screwed. You will be unable to buy any ammo. Ever again. <br><br>If you do not buy ammo right now, you will never be able to buy it again. 8 years from now you will scroll on Chambers and see a post that says that you are no longer allowed to buy ammunition. You will look up a day later to see that every single online retailer, all the local gun stores, every big box retailer, and every farmer's market guy is completely out of ammo. Every last round of ammunition is gone. The store owners will get a letter or a phone call and be told that they are not allowed to sell any ammunition. You will then continue to scroll and see that any online seller offering ammunition is banned from the platform and that the seller's account is terminated. There will be threads on this website and others about how people can no longer buy ammo. You will then look out the window and see that there is a guy with a letterman jacket wearing gloves going to the local gun shop. The signs on the door will change and will read "Closed". There will be no more ammunition.<br><br>The only people who will have any ammunition are the ones who stockpiled it ahead of time. The smart ones. The people who know how to read the writing on the wall. The people who know that they need to prepare and stock up before the government bans them from owning anything.
