I am 29 M from India and have a job paying 2cr a year, I still live with parents

I have a very good job in IT, I earn a net salary of 2cr a year and my company pays me a very good salary and I get paid 60k per month in salary, but I still live with my parents and don't think of getting my own place as I can't afford it with my salary and expenses, I also have to pay my parents 1cr a year, my monthly expenses are 20k and I save 40k, but I still can't afford to buy my own house and don't want to be a burden on my parents. Is it normal for someone like me who earns a high salary but can't afford to live on their own? Am I being selfish or is it okay?
