Daily soap operas in the US have more realistic and accurate portrayals of human relationships than most TV comedies and dramas.

One of the biggest takeaways I had from the last decade or so of TV comedies, dramas, and sci-fi is that the relationships between characters were unrealistic and inaccurate.

There is usually either no conflict between the leads or their conflict is resolved within the first few episodes, the partners are often obsessed with each other to an unrealistic degree, and the partners rarely disagree on anything.

It seems that the writers of these TV shows don't want to show conflict between partners.

Now, I've recently been watching reruns of the old Passions soap opera and I've found that the relationships are more realistic. They have the same flaws as the people you know in real life, they fight, disagree on things, and they even cheat on each other.

I'd also add the old General Hospital, Days of Our Lives, The Young and the Restless, All My Children, The Bold and The Beautiful, and The Price is Right.
