I'm genuinely confused about how anyone could vote Republican, can we get some perspective please

I feel like there must be some kind of massive psychosis going on. I'm not saying leftists are perfect, but I can't think of any possible way you could be so convinced to vote for the party when literally all of their policies are anti-science and go against the betterment of the human race, and name just one good thing about capitalism. <br><br>I would say some kind of fake news, but even that can be checked. What can you guys say about Trump's policies? I really think Democrats are going to ruin the country if Trump wins, and it might already be too late for humanity, but at least they might slow it down.<br><br>I'm genuinely curious.
