The four most anti-competitive aspects of capitalism in the USA today, in my opinion, are:

1. The medical industry's ability to charge exorbitantly high prices for unnecessary procedures and treatments that have nothing to do with your health. Capitalism should be based on supply and demand, but the medical industry is a blatant exception.

2. The tech giants such as Amazon and Google who use their enormous market share to bully smaller businesses into submission, preventing them from competing fairly in the market.

3. The large corporations who engage in price-fixing, cartel-like behavior in order to artificially keep prices high and competition out.

4. The pharmaceutical companies who raise prices on essential drugs and medicines far beyond what is justifiable by any increase in supply and demand, simply because they can. Capitalism should be based on supply and demand, but the medical industry is a blatant exception.

These anti-competitive practices prevent smaller businesses from competing fairly in the market, stifle innovation, and ultimately benefit only the large corporations at the expense of the consumer and the little guy.
