Daily Soapbox: If you make a fake resume for a job or pretend to work for a company on an application, YOU ARE A FUCKING IDIOT.

Recently, there has been a shitstorm going on over a shit-tier, piecework bullshit job that is taking applications at walmart.com. I don’t give a fuck what job this is, the fact that there is a shitshow over this is stupid. What makes it a bigger shitshow is that people are pretending to have worked for companies in the resume and are lying about their current work status on the application. Why the fuck are you doing this? This job does not care and WILL NOT CARE about your work history. This is a bullshit job where you are paid per completed application, you get paid whether the application is approved or not. The pay for approval is 4 cents an hour. The pay for rejection is 3 cents an hour. If you are getting disqualifications, you get paid 1 cent an hour. There are no bonuses or anything of the sort. All you are doing is a piecework job filling out an application, if the application gets through, you get a shitton of applications with disqualifications, and vice versa. This is a simple bullshit job for some extra money, and you can make a shit ton of money if you get a hot lead that actually gets through, but you are doing this job for the potential of extra money, not because you need a job. So, why the fuck are you lying on your application? Do you really think the company hiring doesn’t care if the person filling out the application has a job or not? Do you think they are going to care what you did at your old job? Do you really think the hiring company is going to check your resume when they have 0 connection to the application company other than the application? You are lying on an application for a job you will never work at to get a bullshit job that pays peanuts, YOU ARE A FUCKING IDIOT.
