I took the wrong pill this morning

I was getting ready for work this morning, and as I was grabbing my pills to take I noticed I had two of one pill instead of one of each pill. So I took the wrong pill. It would be 2 times the normal dose of my regular pill but the other pill would be 1/5 the normal dose. Neither pill is particularly dangerous or risky if I took too much, I just feel really sick if I take too much. I took the wrong pill about 6 hours ago, so I’m hoping I’m going to be able to make it through my 8 hour shift without vomiting.
