I made a fake Facebook to be with a guy

I (18f) added a guy (19m) on Facebook. We have been talking for about a week now, and I am in love. He told me he wants to Skype and that he would send me a request, but he never did. I feel like such a creep for this but I want to know why he didn't. Is there something wrong with him? Does he have a girlfriend? Please tell me.
