When I was 17, I created a dating profile on a European dating site. The thing about this dating site is that it has a very European vibe, and is popular in Europe and other parts of the world.<br><br>So, I made a profile and put my age as 17, which was the truth at the time, and waited for matches. I didn't get many, but eventually got one match and we started talking and chatting. He asked me about my age and I told him I was 17 and he was like "lol what?!" I asked what was up and he said "well I'm 45!" and I said "well what?" And he said "yeah I know it's kinda weird but I'm just looking for fun"<br><br>I was like "ewww" and told him I wasn't interested and blocked him. So yeah, lesson learned. But the funny part was that he kept messaging me like "why won't you talk to me?!" and "I'm gonna report you to the site" but I just kept blocking him and ignoring him.<br><br>I never ended up finding a boyfriend from that dating site, but I still have my profile up from time to time.<br><br>TLDR; I lied about my age on a dating profile and got called out by a 45 year old guy and he was all like "lol what?!".
