I used to pretend I had a disease when I was a kid

I used to pretend I had a disease when I was a kid. I would get really bad headaches and the doctor couldn’t find anything wrong with me so I would pretend that I had some disease and tell my friends I was in pain. I told them I was anemic and couldn’t eat food that was red. They told me my friend had a brother with anemia so they knew what it was like. I also pretended I couldn’t walk because my legs hurt and that I had to be on medication. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia years ago as an adult. I feel like that’s a disease too.
